According to the Chapter 27 of the Criminal Code of Mongolia, a Crimes against traffic safety and regulation of vehicle use includes dangerous attack on railway rolling stock, ships and aircraft, endanger the movement of railway rolling stock, ships and aircraft, violation of railway, air and water traffic and operational safety regulations, interference in the activities of the flight crew, destroying or damaging the actual control equipment of the aircraft affected by the accident, destroying or damaging air navigation equipment, obstruction of flight, air traffic safety violations, escaping the plane, violation of safety rules for operation and maintenance of road facilities, violation of traffic safety and operation rules, escaping the driver who committed a traffic crime.
